Done A Bit, But Not Enough.

I have been on a few bike-rides, nothing fantastic but my new starting point was further away that it used to be.  I can't as yet make it to my second point but will by the end of April. 
I haven't done any laps of the backyard but that's because I have been having trouble with my back again.
April starts tomorrow.  I am a year older than I was a year ago and unfitter.  Not good.  Lets see what this year brings.

Sometime during the next month I MUST get blood tests done again.  Am thinking the Iron is down again.

It's been a month already...

I cannot believe that it has been so long since I have been here...but the dates don't lie and it seems that it has really been that long.  Shame on me.  Shame, shame, shame...

I don't think that I am any fitter than I was last week and no fitter than I was the week before that so I'm not doing much right.
BUT!  I am less fitter than I will be next Friday.    Less fitter?  Less fit is what I mean aye.  Thinking I need to go back to school and learn me some proper English too.

Over the last month while here at home I have done no walking, no riding.   I have done the laps around the backyard a few times.  Mowed a few times...Tried to do *proper* push-ups...and can't even manage 1.   Can do 1/2 dozen half girly ones but that's probably not worth bragging about.  HoHum...

OK.  This morning I went out and did 10 laps.  That's twice what I started with all those weeks ago so even though I am not doing them a few times or even every day like I planned I am doing more so that is 1 good thing.  I will try and do them every day from now until the rest of the month and see if I can get them up to 15.  That is still not a great distance as I am only going around the back yard area but as I do more the distance is increasing so it can't be a bad thing.  I also would like to be able to do at least 1 complete proper push-up so will work on that as well.

Here's to starting again and being fitter by Friday.
