Wow, 5 hours of walking coupled with pram pushing would work out your muscles in lots of areas. I copped out and had Mother's Day off so I still need to walk the kjs off from the chocolate and biscuits I indulged in!
Lol, sounds like you're doing endurance training with 5 hours of walking plus pram pushing. The pram pushing can be the aerobic exercise contribution! I need to work off the chocolate and biscuits I consumed yesterday...well it was Mother's Day...that's my excuse :).
