Second Walk Done.

We went to the zoo yesterday so there was more than 5 hours of walking strolling and because I pushed a kid in a pram  up some of the hilly bits I'm counting yesterday as one of my 30min walks.

I need to get a ride in sometime and I want to time my walk to the corner and back again so will hopefully get them in during the week.

  1. Wow, 5 hours of walking coupled with pram pushing would work out your muscles in lots of areas. I copped out and had Mother's Day off so I still need to walk the kjs off from the chocolate and biscuits I indulged in!

  2. Lol, sounds like you're doing endurance training with 5 hours of walking plus pram pushing. The pram pushing can be the aerobic exercise contribution! I need to work off the chocolate and biscuits I consumed yesterday...well it was Mother's Day...that's my excuse :).
